Apartments and villas, mainly on the seafront: Promenade des Anglais, Carré d'Or, Mont Boron, the Port, and across the Riviera from Cap d'Antibes to Menton. Around thirty properties for sale at any time, from one-bedroom flats to full-floor penthouses.
What is the price per square metre in Nice?
The Nice median stands at 5,610 € per m² in the first half of 2026, the Promenade des Anglais at 7,920 € and Mont Boron at 9,350 € (Maison Masséna study). A sea view adds around 14 % on comparable properties, and condition weighs more still.
Can I buy from abroad without travelling to France?
Yes. No nationality is restricted from buying in France, and a power of attorney before a notaire or a consulate allows you to sign remotely. It is standard practice for our American, British and Turkish buyers. We still advise seeing the property at least once.
How long does buying property in France take?
Two to three months between the compromis de vente and the final deed. That time lets the notaire clear pre-emption rights and gather the documents. A ten-day cooling-off period follows the signing of the compromis.
Are all your properties published on the site?
